Using a person-centred approach, I provide a non-judgmental, collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with honesty and clarity. Together, we focus on building self-awareness, strengthening self-compassion, and developing practical tools for meaningful change. I bring a culturally informed lens to this work. I support individuals from diverse backgrounds, including BIPOC and Westernized communities.
My role is to walk alongside you—helping you better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and move toward a more grounded, authentic way of living.

Shaylin McEwen, Clinic Manager, Mindfulness & Wellness Coach

Shaylin is a Mindfulness & Wellness Coach and a student pursuing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Health Psychology.

Shaylin has over 7 years of experience in administration, marketing, and client support. She plays a key role in supporting the clinic’s operations and client experience by managing administrative functions and leading marketing efforts for the team, helping to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and reaches those who can benefit from its services.

Alongside her work at the clinic, Shaylin offers Mindfulness & Wellness Coaching focused on emotional wellness, self-worth, confidence, mindfulness, personal growth, and life transitions. Her approach combines mindfulness practices, guided reflection, emotional wellness tools, and supportive coaching to help individuals reconnect with themselves and create healthier, more aligned lives.

Shaylin is deeply passionate about psychology, mindfulness, and supporting others on their journey toward healing and self-discovery.
